It is located thus in a very pleasant natura l setting where the forest kisses the sea, the sources of water communicate with the rivers; it arranges an exceptional archaeological heritage (vestiges of Douga, of Bella Régea, of Chemtou, vestiges nomads, Byzantine and Andalusian) that makes of the region a place of meeting of the cultures, animated by several yearly festivals (Festival of Jazz in Tabarka, Festival of the Malouf in Testour, festival of sidi Boumakhlouf in the Kef.)
